SULTANAS
Turkish sultanas come from cultivars of Vitis vinifera. Motherland of Sultana (syn. Sultanina, Thompson Seedless) variety. One of the traditional export products of Turkey. A great snack and favored ingredient in the cookies, breads, main dishes, and desserts.
